A Wonderful Matched Pair Of Dueling Pistols
by Haslett of Baltimore (1773-1827). 10" long octagonal barrels are .45 caliber. The walnut halfstocks are nicely checkered. The slashed tail flintlocks are nicely engraved and are made with roller frizzen springs. The steel triggerguards have a finger spurs and the triggers are set triggers. There is gold incorporated on the locks in the form of Haslett's name also gold lined pans, gold finished flash holes and gold cartouche inlay on the barrels with his name. Sterling silver wrist plate, sterling silver wedge plates and sterling silver forearm caps.
